Matrescence Care
Matrescence Care is a maternal wellness practice supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood. Services include birth and postpartum doula care, lactation and infant feeding support, babysitting and maternal nutrition guidance rooted in holistic, evidence-informed care.
A core part of the work also includes nourishing, home-cooked meals & treats designed to support postpartum healing and recovery. These nutrient-dense, “food as medicine” meals are created to promote energy, support lactation, and ease the transition into new parenthood.
Matrescence Care is centered on whole-family support—addressing the physical, emotional, and nutritional needs of the mother and household—so families feel nurtured, informed, and supported through every stage of motherhood.
