Planned Cesarean Birth Support $1,500
A planned cesarean birth deserves thoughtful preparation, informed decision-making, and compassionate support. This package is designed for families seeking guidance before surgery, emotional reassurance throughout the process, and support during the transition into postpartum recovery.
Together, we will prepare for a calm, confident, and empowered cesarean experience while honoring your preferences and helping you feel supported before, during, and after your baby's arrival.
Includes:
Two prenatal planning visits
Personalized cesarean birth preparation
Birth preferences planning for the operating room and recovery period
Education on cesarean preparation, hospital routines, and postpartum recovery
Partner preparation and support
Emotional and informational support leading up to birth
On-call availability beginning at 37 weeks (or your scheduled birth date)
Support during hospital admission and pre-operative preparation (hospital policies permitting)
Support with communication of preferences and questions with your care team
Immediate postpartum support during the transition to recovery and bonding
Breastfeeding initiation support
Up to 2 hours of support after birth
One postpartum follow-up visit

Postpartum Support
Gentle, personalized support designed to help you rest, recover, and settle into life with your new baby. Services are tailored to your family's unique needs and may include postpartum recovery support, newborn care guidance, infant feeding support, emotional encouragement, light household assistance, and nourishment-focused care to promote healing and well-being.
Before beginning postpartum support, we will meet for a complimentary consultation. This conversation allows us to connect, discuss your family’s unique needs, and determine how I can best support your recovery and transition into parenthood.
If we are a good fit, a service agreement will be completed prior to the start of care. Postpartum support is scheduled in set packages and additional 4-hour sessions, with payment due prior to each visit.

Payment & Booking
Once your service package is selected, an emailed invoice will be provided with payment details and scheduling information. Your support will be reserved once payment arrangements have been completed.
Military & First Responder Appreciation
Matrescence Care proudly offers a 10% discount on postpartum support services for active-duty military families and first responders as a small token of appreciation for their service and dedication to our community. Valid military or first responder identification is required.

Initial Breastfeeding Support Session $100
Gentle, evidence-informed breastfeeding support to help families feel confident and supported during their feeding journey.
This in-home session is designed for families needing guidance, education, and reassurance with common breastfeeding challenges.
Includes:
60–90-minute in-home breastfeeding support session
Feeding observation
Latch and positioning guidance
Breastfeeding education
Newborn feeding expectations
Pumping education and basic guidance
Bottle introduction support
Feeding confidence and reassurance
Personalized resources
Referrals to an IBCLC or appropriate provider when additional clinical support is needed
Follow-Up Breastfeeding Support Session — $75 (45–60 minutes)

A collection of heartfelt, candid moments captured throughout your birth or postpartum journey on your phone or camera, complemented by instant Instax Mini Polaroid keepsakes to preserve the first moments of meeting your baby. This offering is designed to document authentic memories while maintaining your birth experience as the priority.
Includes:
Thoughtfully captured candid moments throughout labor and the immediate postpartum period
10–15 Instax Mini Polaroid photos
A mini keepsake album to preserve your first family memories
Digital candid photos captured on your phone or camera, if desired
This offering is intended as a heartfelt keepsake and is not a replacement for professional birth photography.

Matrescence Meals starting at $250
Wholesome, nourishing meals thoughtfully prepared in your home to support healing, recovery, and everyday wellness. Whether you're navigating the postpartum period, recovering from surgery or illness, caring for a loved one, or simply needing an extra hand, each menu is personalized to meet your family's unique needs.
Includes:
Personalized menu planning
Fresh, in-home meal preparation
Up to three family-sized meals
Optional freezer meal preparation for future use
Traditional warming meals inspired by postpartum nourishment practices (optional)
Kitchen clean-up after meal preparation
Service begins at $250. Grocery costs are separate and will be discussed during your consultation. Additional meals and customized meal plans are available for an additional fee.

Childcare Services
Reliable, nurturing childcare designed to support your family's unique needs during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Whether you need care for older siblings during labor, assistance while attending prenatal or postpartum appointments, or extra support as you recover and adjust to life with your new baby, childcare is provided in a safe, engaging, and compassionate environment. Services are tailored to your family's schedule and offered based on availability.
Investment
$25 per hour (includes care for one child)
2-hour minimum ($50 minimum booking)
Additional fees may apply for:
Care for multiple children
Transportation to or from appointments or activities
Extended travel outside the standard service area
Care provided outside of regular business hours, including evenings, overnight, weekends, or holidays
Requests requiring additional planning or specialized support
Any additional fees will always be discussed and agreed upon before services are provided.
